iCharts vs. Vertafore RiskMatch

The iCharts has suited our organization work as it has helped us a lot in our internal and external works. As we use iCharts for the internal team in representing the working reports and data of the business in an accurate manner. It helps in representing the presentation to the client to showcase our work and present him the data and work flow through the iCharts. As I don't found anything missing in this software.

For analyzing insurance policies for the clients that have specific requirements is really suitable since it allows you to match all this information and make the overall thinking process more easier when it comes to make a decision or to provide information to the customer.

• Their new platform is easy to navigate
• We had a dedicated support person to help set up searches and train in the use of iCharts
• Separate Dashboards for each group

• The new platform has limitations on colors and sizing
• iCharts seem to have closed its doors without notification and now we have a product with no support

Because I have the feeling that some improvements should be done to the software itself but the overall experience is quite good for the paid price and the information and analysis you can received from the system

I haven't experience any other alternative product of this.

Vertafore had a cleaner platform all around. The user interface was far superior and the functionality seemed to be leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Everyone was pleased with the sales team and the responsiveness. We felt the tool integrated very well with our existing internal tools and software.
