Overall Satisfaction with Vertafore RiskMatch

I use Vertafore RiskMatch to quickly get reports on premium, revenue, top customers by industry. It is integrated to our agency management system and will offer a current "snapshot" of our book of business.
  • sorts book of business
  • integrates with agency management system
  • allows us to view revenue, etc without need to run reports in agency management system
  • the "mapping" of insurance carriers is confusing as some are named differently
  • the "roles" for users could be more clearly defined or better matched to our setup
  • the ability to compare information to same time last year would be nice
  • We have yet to explore all features of Vertafore RiskMatch and get employees onboard
  • With additional training for employees we expect to have a favorable return on investment
  • Without employee participation we would probably not have favorable return on investment
Vertafore RiskMatch just provides additional insight into our book of business. The up to date information is laid out with graphs and charts unlike what we can easily get from out agency management system. We selected Vertafore RiskMatch to provide reports which are visually attractive to present to management.

I think if I used it more, I would give it a higher rating. It's not something that I use every day. Most employees forget that we even have it, and although the information it provides is very useful, employees still get their reports from AMS360, our agency management system.
Vertafore Support is always ready and willing to provide support when we ask for it.
It is well suited when a quick overview of your business is needed. Less appropriate if you are looking for detailed reports on your book of business.
