Vertafore had a cleaner platform all around. The user interface was far superior and the functionality seemed to be leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. I find the product to be extremely usable. It’s not terribly difficult to learn. One of the easiest things to do was create and customize my own reports which I have found challenging in other software. The tool has a really understandable interface that most would be able to pick up with minimal effort.

Support Rating

The support team is great! I have found the response time and SLAs to be very realistic and reasonable. When I have questions or suggested improvements it’s usually no more than a 2-3 day turnaround for simple things. The support team is very willing to listen to issues, resolve them, and also customize them to your needs.
