Overall Satisfaction with Vertafore RiskMatch

We are using Vertafore RiskMatch to connect home buyers and insurance providers. This tool helps massively to pair the right risk and insurance premium profiles. Our customers have loved this tool for finding the right insurance carrier that is a good balance of cost and service. We have found the tool to eliminate a lot of manual work for our company.

Vertafore had a cleaner platform all around. The user interface was far superior and the functionality seemed to be leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Everyone was pleased with the sales team and the responsiveness. We felt the tool integrated very well with our existing internal tools and software.

I find the product to be extremely usable. It’s not terribly difficult to learn. One of the easiest things to do was create and customize my own reports which I have found challenging in other software. The tool has a really understandable interface that most would be able to pick up with minimal effort.
The support team is great! I have found the response time and SLAs to be very realistic and reasonable. When I have questions or suggested improvements it’s usually no more than a 2-3 day turnaround for simple things. The support team is very willing to listen to issues, resolve them, and also customize them to your needs.
Vertafore RiskMatch is well suited for anyone in the business of partnering between customers and insurance. The tool provides predictive analytics to pair the right insurance provider with the right customer at the most effective cost and coverage. This tool may not be appropriate for an insurance broker looking to make the maximum commission.
