iCharts vs. Vizlib

The iCharts has suited our organization work as it has helped us a lot in our internal and external works. As we use iCharts for the internal team in representing the working reports and data of the business in an accurate manner. It helps in representing the presentation to the client to showcase our work and present him the data and work flow through the iCharts. As I don't found anything missing in this software.

I have read reviews where Vizlib is performing well. That was not our experience integrating Vizlib with Qlik Sense cloud as a write back capability. So, my experience is that integrating Vizlib with Qlik Sense cloud as a write back capability is probably not an area where they perform well

• Their new platform is easy to navigate
• We had a dedicated support person to help set up searches and train in the use of iCharts
• Separate Dashboards for each group

• The new platform has limitations on colors and sizing
• iCharts seem to have closed its doors without notification and now we have a product with no support

• Vizlib promised a writeback capability that it just was not able to deliver. We bought additional developer licenses for QlikSense that were not planned in the initial Vizlib discussions, but even with they were not able to implement a writeback capability.
• I feel Support was horrible... very slow, and with inadequate expertise.

We haven't had any troubles

Vizlib support is awesome! We have quick turnaround times and regular updates when we open cases. It’s so good we often ask them Qlik Sense questions, rather than going to Qlik support

I haven't experience any other alternative product of this.

I selected Vizlib based on several positive Qlik community forum comments. It would seem that they had a different use case than we did

• Faster time to dashboards and reports
• Improved communication to donors of our key mission metrics
• Better support than from Qlik
