Beyond customer experience, it has massive business benefits as it saves us a lot of time and money to use their white-glove software vs doing it ourselves as we did in the past using paper documents and our own people. Cons	ID.me Be able to verify people without them providing any documentation by getting access to needed databases where that information is stored.
