I have no negative points to bring out. Qmarkets, as a company, has been very cooperative and has provided full support during the entire sales cycle. The sales cycle actually ran over a year with multiple discussions with the customer before they signed off. Qmarket products are well thought off and their fitment to customer needs are almost 100%.

• It is not overloaded. Clear to finish the things in mind.
• It is flexible to the Team and the upcoming crowd
• The design is very impressive and we love it
• So we can link simple to it from our page
• In my opinion it is an alternative to this normal roadmap

• Highly professional software.
• Adaptable to various processes and scopes.
• Excellent support.

• More videos in terms of tutorials and use cases.
• Success stories of how companies used Ideanote to supercharge their innovation.
• The new Zapier integration is a good step but I would like to see more native integrations with popular SaaS products.
• Expensive - if not for finding it in an AppSumo deal it would have been hard to afford.

• Reports are excellent but are more content-oriented than people-oriented, and for me as a consultant, the "people" info is important.

Intuitive and easy to set-up and use

The support I've received from them has never been anything less than accessible, compliant, and professional

None. This is the only idea and innovation management software I use for our internal processes and we soon plan to use this for our future lined-up services.We have tried GERU in the past but that is a visual mapping software and does not really help in managing proper communication between guests and internal team members.

Other competition products were evaluated but Qmarkets had products that were 100% fit for our customer's needs and the Qmarket team has excellent Tech team which we didn't see in the competition that we and our client evaluated. Also, the Q products are very flexible compared to others in the market.

• Ideas are well tracked and centralized in one place.
• We can prioritize ideas and take immediate actions on them.
• Our team members are recognized for contributing improvement ideas and hence our team is encouraged to think outside the box about business challenges.

• No Negative impact.
• The functionality and user operability of products has been very easy.
• ROI is yet to be seen as implementation is due in a weeks time.
