iGrafx vs. MEGA HOPEX Platform

Mapping and process control are most important things for us .I can say ,It is very very user-friendly. If i were iGrafx , i would fix support service and do anything to help their customers better.Every departments that need business process should use iGrafx

MEGA is well suited for

• Service Architecture definition

• Service relationships

• Service that supports process and vice versa

• Business process definition

• Definition of Business Entities

• Management of business entities

• Business Entity managed by services

• Creation of service reports

MEGA is less appropriate for:

• Business Service management information (who is “developing, responsible, etc.” for business services)

• Business services contracts

• Business services performance management

We are pleased to use iGrafx and we can handle all process about our departments.Easy to use and integration.I recommend it to everyone that needs BPM software.

Late response and less experience are making the problem permanent. You should improve your support team and your process

It was very easy. Too many process maps may confuse your mind. You have to choose what you need

1-Its price is more attractive than the others.2-Easy to use .The iGrafx is not complicated like the others3-The option to drag and drop objects is very good 4-I think it is the best tool to monitor daily performance used for making critical decision making

In the software selection, we evaluate also
Enterprise Architect; but it was evaluated non enough easy to use. Open source software are non available.
