We use it to edit and create bunch of employee's processes flows , their procuderes in the company.It is really easy to create process mapping. By the way, Our accountant process took to implement 4 hours easily.And it helps us to choose best decision by using its AI module and we use RPA solution as well because some tasks does not need human labor thats why it is very important for us.There are too large process maps and you can choose maps whichever you want easily

1-Its price is more attractive than the others.2-Easy to use .The iGrafx is not complicated like the others3-The option to drag and drop objects is very good 4-I think it is the best tool to monitor daily performance used for making critical decision making

100 - Accountant,HR,Sales and marketing,call center for now.Next year or months ,engineering ,finance,purchasing ,operation departments processes will be integrated
2 - They are admin rights and they were trained by iGrafx via online.I can say not good not bad but they need to improve their skills further

The price and broad usage are most important things for us.iGrafx fitted my expectation about these more than enough.Integration with other products is the most other significant factor
It was very easy. Too many process maps may confuse your mind. You have to choose what you need
Yes - First phase was related to detect processes we need.Second phase was related to implement our process to iGrafxLast phase was the test and run.We integrated bunch of departments such as HR ,Accountant ,Sales and marketing succesfully.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - We saw that some processes we are using were unnecessary. Change management is tough and most important is too hard to comply with.
Late response and less experience are making the problem permanent. You should improve your support team and your process
