ImportYeti vs. Linnworks

This tool proves invaluable in grasping the landscape of market participants and their interactions. It enables us to conduct comprehensive market research, equipping us with the knowledge we need to make informed decisions. While it excels in providing insights into the volume flow within the market, it may fall short when it comes to pricing or the value of trades. Nonetheless, its ability to decipher market players and dynamics remains a strong asset for our business. We can rely on this tool to navigate the market terrain and gain a competitive edge.

Would have recommended it 5 years ago, but now absolutely not a chance. Pricing is obscene and the service is appalling. Save yourself time and money by looking elsewhere. Linnworks has one advantage over other providers and that is their integrations with smaller eCommerce channels, this is not worth the money... You could employ someone for 5 minutes per day to pull smaller marketplaces onto a different service via CSV.

• Easy connect to all the platforms manufacturer is on for product portfolio
• PowerQuery tool lets you export for further analysis

• Ease of use for both me and my colleagues
• Manages all inventory on multiple channels and marketplaces
• Simple method of printing invoices and shipping labels saves so much time and requires no manual input

• Wish the ability to download I information was available
• Wish their was an availability to search by category (ie copper cookware; cutlery etc
• Being able to more easily see who else a supplier manufactures work with as helps you understand quality being produced

After posting this (previously positive) review, all communication stopped from ImportYeti's side. Updating the review to reflect this.

ImportYeti is aimed for simplicity and cost effective solution. Many of its competitors provide a wide range of solutions, with a much greater price point. If you need a complete range of solutions, you may consider other options. ImportYeti is great in its scope, for querying the information regarding US imports. Is structured and really easy to use.

As I have used Linnworks from day one, I constantly get contacted by Linnworks competitors asking me to try their system, however I cannot see any reason to move from a software package that we are all comfortable with, to a different system. It would seem pointless to move to a system that does not have the full functionality of Linnworks.
