Informatica Cloud Data Integration vs. Osano

We use it a lot for importing data. We transform the incoming data to match the formatting of our CRM. We also match on existing records to avoid creating duplicates. Informatica handles all of this exceptionally well. Our users are system administrators. The tool is not well-suited for users who do not have a technical background

Osano is well-suited for startups and small-to-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) due to its low cost and excellent service. The customer support is also commendable. It consistently notifies you of missing privacy policies or cookie compliance issues on your webpage. Additionally, it requires mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) at login, enhancing security.

• [I] would like to have more details on what the scripts/cookies are for (it isn't always clear).
• The step-by-step process of classifying scripts and saving vs. publishing is clunky and unclear.
• Some [of the] naming conventions aren't intuitive - compliance mode, strict, passive, etc.

There is a learning curve with Informatica. It is not always intuitive to use. It is best suited for technical users such as system administrators

It is really easy to comply and understand its features.

I prefer Osano over others for it's easy of configuration and flexibility to adjust language dynamical and legal requirements dynamically based on user device and/or location. Plus easily add team members to help manage the various parts of the software make this a one stop shop solution for our business.
