We use Informatica Cloud Data Integration for a number of things. We use it to retrieve files from and SFTP and import records into our CRM. We use it to create reports that combine data from multiple systems that are otherwise not connected. We also use it to update records within our CRM based on criteria. Most of the processes are executed by automated jobs running on a schedule.

We are transforming on premise data into cloud by using Informatica Cloud Data Integration. The primary problem was transferring data like from where to how. We made it possible by making sure all the datas are transferred using mapping which is logical aspects that have pipelines in it. Even it can be parameterized.
