Inhubber vs. SigningHub

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

SigningHub worked well for me for collecting digital signatures on contracts from independent contractors. It's well suited for both small businesses (like mine) and bigger businesses since you can create a specific workflow for each sort of document you upload. It's also great for storing the signed and master documents. However, it may not be appropriate in certain industries with specific data security rules. Check with the regulators of your industry before using (lawyers, I'm talking to you...)

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

• I found setting up a workflow for each different document a little confusing.
• I'd get errors from time to time when prepping a document. This usually happened when I was inserting a date field or a signature field (which are fairly important fields for contracts).
• The one time I needed help and contacted the company, the representative made me feel like I was dumb.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

We have not used any other products, apart from SigningHub.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.

• It was very affordable for a small business. I could use it for unlimited documents for a very modest monthly fee.
• It could handle an unlimited number of documents.
• Document retrieval is easy.
