Microsoft Entra ID Protection is very well suited for businesses that have user's accessing company resources off of campus or from outside of the country of residence

• Licensing model is frustrating but they are willing to be flexible to make things work

Microsoft Entra ID Protection is fairly easy to use overall and if you are already using Microsoft protects and Microsoft Entra ID it is very seamless to integrate into the workflow.

We just upgrade the document control application from V5 to V6. There are still quite a bit of issues left unresolved.

We felt Intelex was more user friendly and provided the services we were seeking in a system. We evaluated all applications vs. our company needs and wants.

I think MIcrosoft Entra ID Protection has a lot of granularity as well as more overall control than Cisco Duo.
