InvoiceBerry vs. Kashflow

As a small business, it is very nice especially because we can use it for free. It is very limited though as you can only have 3 clients and usually, you have a business with more than 3 clients but everything has a start. I used the free version for a few weeks before switching to the paid version and it is still the perfect online tool for everyone that has their own small business (consultant on the side) or a small real company trying to start and grow with a limited budget to run the business as we do.

Perfect for a SME, less so for larger companies with a lot of staff. A reliable application, with few outages and easy to learn how to use for a variety of staff in different positions. Mobile phone app has been bit of a disappointment. Management reporting functionality could be improved.

• Individual(Resource/Consultant) level invoicing and project level invoicing can be done.
• Fixed time and asset invoicing can be done and time based invoicing can be done in the same project.
• Invoicing pattern can be copied to new projects as a short cut.

• Customer support is a little slow and takes around two days to respond to queries.

• Can be difficult to find information within the application.
• Some of the reporting functionality is weak.
• Functionality for financial planning could be significantly improved upon.

I have not used support too often but when I did, it was a big long to get the support I needed. But this is probably related to the cost we pay in general for the tool, it is a way of maintaining a very low cost by having fewer people to provide support. But the tool is so simple that we don't really have much support anyway. For our business, the cost is the first criteria so it is ok if support is not excellent.

Very comparable with this product. Online invoicing software has helped our small business and InvoiceBerry works well with QuickBooks.

We received an offer for a discounted license for initial use and pretty much got so used to Kashflow, that we have continued with it. There are some frustrations with it, in particular the ability to search and find information. The reporting functionality is also a bit of a disappointment. However, easy for day to day use for the staff and just about sufficient for monthly planning. Some of the integrations like Payroll are not bad.

• Work becomes easy, which means billing tasks are completed on time and payments are received on time.

• Customer Support is happy to help and it's easy to connect with them.
