Overall Satisfaction with InvoiceBerry
The company is very small. We import Italian materials from Italy to design, remodel and furnish real estate projects. This was a perfect tool for us as it is simple, and super user-friendly for non-accountant users like we are. Because of the size of our company, we only need a simple invoicing system at an affordable price and InvoiceBerry was perfect. It allows us to manage our invoices, and payments and we can use multiple currencies so Dollars and Euros.
- Create an invoice very quickly.
- The design is simple, clear, and well structured but with enough room for descriptions and details.

- Reporting could be better and more sophisticated but the software is very cheap so it is probably normal.
- Some options could be added to the very basic design that we get.

It is much cheaper and InvoiceBerry is for very very small businesses. QuickBooks is simple but they keep upgrading their software now it is nice but the features can be challenging to learn and use so again, once the business o the size of the company gets bigger, QuickBooks might definitely be a better fit but as a small firm, Invoice Berry is perfect. The cost is a huge component for us so we liked it better at the moment.

As a small business, it is very nice especially because we can use it for free. It is very limited though as you can only have 3 clients and usually, you have a business with more than 3 clients but everything has a start. I used the free version for a few weeks before switching to the paid version and it is still the perfect online tool for everyone that has their own small business (consultant on the side) or a small real company trying to start and grow with a limited budget to run the business as we do.
I have not used support too often but when I did, it was a big long to get the support I needed. But this is probably related to the cost we pay in general for the tool, it is a way of maintaining a very low cost by having fewer people to provide support. But the tool is so simple that we don't really have much support anyway. For our business, the cost is the first criteria so it is ok if support is not excellent.

Slow Initial Response
No, I did not for cost reasons and because we don't need it. Our transactions are mainly in US Dollars but once we start having more Euros transactions, we may rethink the option of adding it. For now, the flow of our transactions is still minimum so we cannot justify more costs.
I do not but it does not mean it could not have happened. It was good support but I think my issues in the past were always an average experience, I had to wait longer than expected to have support but I am sure other users got exceptional support. I have not been a long-time user so I am sure exceptional support will be there when I need it.
