Userbob has the same results, same quality testers, and is 1/5th the cost. I would go to usertesting.com if I needed a very targetted demographic, but that's very rare.
We selected UserBob due to their combination of affordability and functionality. They simply provide more for less money. And we are very happy with our decision. They give us exactly what we are looking for at a simple, unbeatable price.
It's one size fits all for now. If you need someone very very specific, it may be less helpful, but those cases are few and far between. I think this service would work for 90% of user testing scenarios.
