Jeeva AI vs. Titan HST

If anyone is looking to pile up the list of email lists to send out e-blast or cold messages, I would highly recommend Jeeva AI. However, if anyone needs more of organic work, I would recommend using Jeeva AI to collect contact information, but do the work manually.

Aside from COVID-19, we had to close the school down 3 times this school year due to smoke (bad air) and a piping issue. Titan was able to get our messaging out immediately and we were able to make sure no one showed up to school when we sent out a text message and email message early that morning. We have been able to mitigate issues by communicating effectively with our families and staff.

• Finding specific leads according to descriptions provided
• Allowing customers to experience Jeeva AI by offering free credits

• The app is extremely easy to use.
• It has been a very useful tool when we have had a couple of emergencies on campus.

• You run out of credits very fast, they charge per email sent. The credits should be for lead generation not emailing.
• Incorporate delivery results, bounce results, mailer unfound results, etc... We can not see any of those metrics.
• Incorporate a text sequence campaign as well. To be one stop shop for contacting all ways.

• The only thing would be to change some of the COVID-19 prescreen features.

Titan has enabled us to quickly and effectively communicate with our constituents. We have used Titan when we need to get an important message out or when we have had a crisis. It has worked extremely well and Titan has provided a top-notch product. The app is extremely easy to use and the web interface is also very simple to use. Additionally, we have made requests to enhance the product and every time a suggestion has been made, Titan has listened. There were two critical updates they were able to make this year, that has made sending messages out a lot easier. We had requested our school name be used when messages were sent out, not our own personal names. So now when I send a community-wide message, it is sent from the school and not one specific person

Jeeva is composed of individual products / features that form a robust, automation-based, outbound system when combined. Parts of the tech stack within Jeeva itself – can be difficult to work with independently. Some of what the individual products provided makes you ask why? Why was this individual product / feature implemented

I have found the app and the web interface extremely easy to use. It is also easy for my colleagues to use even if they don't use it often.

I have only needed to use Titan Support once or twice, but I was able to get my issues resolved quickly and on the same day. Support and my account rep are always there if I need assistance. They are very focused on customer service.

Titan told me what they needed on their end to upload the information and I was able to provide them with the data. Our account rep hosted a training for all our faculty and staff so everyone was comfortable using it. It was very straightforward

Jeeva AI is less straightforward than Sales Nav. It seems that it is trying to be everything that Sales Nav is, but not quite achieving it yet. The customer service for Linkedin is far superior to Jeeva's. Jeeva's team refused to give me a refund on my first month's subscription despite their refund policy clearly stating that I was entitled to it. This has never happened before with Linkedin Sales Nav.

We used Blackboard Connect previously and it's a terrible product for communications. I am so glad we left it.

• We just started and was great for lead generation
• Those leads we can manually email them or call them
• Our sequence campaigns are barely 1 email in, looking forward to see if we get any traction on the last 2 sequences

• Titan has been critical multiple times this school year when we least expected we would need it. I am a huge proponent of the Titan App
