Overall Satisfaction with Jeeva AI

We use Jeeva AI in our marketing and sales efforts, primarily when it comes to lead generation, qualification, and email campaigns. It eases these two business functions from a time and effort standpoint. We are able to reduce the time it takes us to find qualified leads, as well as the amount it takes to craft the copy for our email campaigns. Jeeva is able to run these campaigns for us using the leads we found through its search engine. We are also able to filter these leads in a variety of ways.

Layout and UX is a bit hard to get around and confusing. It takes a long time to get used to and sometimes the way they have you as a user go about things doesn't make a lot of sense. It gives a false sense of security in terms of the quality of the leads generated because it is unable to verify key aspects (i.e. is a person's Linkedin outdated, thus rendering its email address outdated as well). There aren't a lot of instructions available for specific functions, though the website does have a knowledge hub. When you finally get something to work, it costs you so many credits for all the trial runs and past tries that you're stuck having to pay more for a process you finally learned how to do well.
Jeeva AI is less straightforward than Sales Nav. It seems that it is trying to be everything that Sales Nav is, but not quite achieving it yet. The customer service for Linkedin is far superior to Jeeva's. Jeeva's team refused to give me a refund on my first month's subscription despite their refund policy clearly stating that I was entitled to it. This has never happened before with Linkedin Sales Nav.

Jeeva AI is particularly good in finding qualified leads for sales efforts. One is able to even find emails and phone numbers, but the viability of these varies, and it all comes at a pretty significant cost. I wouldn't recommend it for its email marketing capability as it is very costly and hard to set up.
