JET Insure vs. QQCatalyst

For a small agency and start-up agencies QQCatalyst is an excellent choice. For larger agencies (10-15+ agents) I'd suggest looking at some of the bigger management systems such as AMS360.

• Provides good overview of the agency's active book

• Marketing platform needs work
• Inability to fill multiple accords at the same time
• Email from QQCatalyst could use some work
• No invoicing feature

HawkSoft is good for personal lines, but it can be very tedious to enter all information for each policy. QQCatalyst is better suited for Commercial lines than HawkSoft. As of the date of this review.

• Efficient client management with the carrier download functions
• Easy to export data allowing us to drill down into our book of business & future marketing opportunities
• Affordable
