JobScore vs. TrackerRMS

Companies that have not used an ATS before and instead rely on google docs and spreadsheets often fear moving to HR software out of misplaced concern over change management. Jobscore is built with such elegance that the training and education ramp is slim to none.

Honestly there is no weakness in TrackerRMS. We have great experience in using TrackerRMS

I find it easy to show people now to use all aspects of this software with our business.

Jobscore wins on ease of use and therefore speed to value. Training lift is negligible as most users can get up to speed in a self-guided manner
