Jotform Tables vs. ProWorkflow

It worked well for me in managing students' data and enrollments in different courses. I also found it suited for managing emails for newsletters and trial classes that I posted on social media. I also ended up using it for accounting when I was managing my own startups. The customization of the whole experience makes it much better overall.

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

I used Google Sheets and Google Forms before and was constantly frustrated with how clunky the overall experience was. The user interface in the other platforms is simply lacking, and this is where Jotform tables shine.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
