Keeps documents highly organized and easy to find. It makes it easy for individuals to sign on the go. Workflow/Document templates save a lot of time. It is honestly tough to think of anything to mention here. I am a happy MSB user and satisfied with the services.

• Storing different types of contracts in separate workspaces, with different permissions on each workspace
• Reminding contract owners when to start discussions on renewals
• Basic reporting and lists of certain types of contracts for extraction

• Smart and easy Platform
• Excellent and smooth integration process
• Audit trail report is a plus
• Bulk signing process is easy

• I would like to see more in-depth reporting, ability to create graphs etc.
• Scrolling through lists of contracts could be quicker

• Not much to dislike in this product.

It's quite intuitive and easy to use and has a nice UI. Its features offer value for users
