Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

KEA does allow more grading features than its counterparts. As well as It's available on multiple platforms such as Desktop, Mobile as well as Browser. Moreover, it provides customized login functionality which makes it easy to add a new user. Features like these make KEA a good alternative to other Learning and development management applications.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
