KingSumo vs. ReputationStacker vs. ShortStack

When I first started my business, I wanted to ensure that a lot of people understood who we were and why we were there. With KingSumo, it helped my business turn leads into loyal followers of our brand. I think in the world we live in, you have a short amount of time to try to win over the eyes of your prospective client, and the tools given to me by this software helped me immensely. Conversely, I think I should say while it was easy for us to learn this software and how to feel good about implementing it in our day to day lives, I think that some newer users to software such as this may be fearful of learning a software without a proper video tutorial.

ReputationStacker is extremely well designed for multi-location practices that care about improving and protecting their online reputation and visibility in local search engine results (which is extremely important for our business). It makes it easy to consistently generate reviews for each location and address issues that patients have before they become bigger problems. If you’re looking for an all-in-one marketing platform, this isn’t that. It's just focused on online reputation and reviews and it does that really well (instead of trying to do everything).

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

We had our marketing person set it up, and now it automatically gets us Google reviews. It couldn't be easier.

I had a question about how to add new locations and the support team got back to me immediately and showed me how to do it.

I think it is apples and oranges. Kingsumo has a purpose and sets out on an easy path to get you to where you need to be. Other test management software, in my opinion, have gimmicks to them, and what I am looking for in the small business world I am in is simplicity and ease. KingSumo does just that!

ReputationStacker is all about on reviews and customer experience. It's not trying to be more than that and add a bunch of other features that we either wouldn't use or are already part of the other tools that we use

• We pay $99 per month per location and our clicks and calls on our Google Business profiles have gone up a lot since we started using ReputationStacker. One additional new patient per month more than covers the cost of it, and it helps us get way more than one new patient each month at each location. I'd estimate we get a minimum of 5 or 6 new patients a month per location because of ReputationStacker.
