Kiteworks vs. NeoCertified Secure Email

Kiteworks is very good for securely sharing files external to your company and doing so without your customers knowing who each other are. The interface is simple and relatively intuitive. We have had some issues in getting timely support from Accellion this past year, but they seem to be doing better lately.

NeoCertified Secure Email is very easy to use, and the speed of the encryption is excellent. The only challenge we have had is some of the national carriers are unfamiliar with NeoCertified Secure Email and thus sometimes give us some resistance in our utilizing it.

• Easily works with our Outlook email system.
• Those receiving our secure emails find it easy to set up a user name and password to access and open and attach and send back.
• Whenever help is needed they respond quickly.

• Software updates cannot be scheduled to take place automatically like their old product
• Detailed activity logging is not available to administrators. You must submit the logs to Accellion for analysis.

The main reason for selecting Kiteworks is that when sharing files with multiple customers, each customer has no idea who the other customers are. To do that in Teams would require users to create a private team for each customer, which would be very [time-consuming].

• It solves my number 1 problem...staying compliant with the security rules and regulations that my industry imposes.
• It gives peace of mind to my clients that their personal information is secured. This is an easy step in customer service that goes above and beyond what many offer. Trust is a huge issue for clients, we have our clients trust that we will always be looking out for their best interest, including securing our correspondence that includes private information.
