It is well-suited to medical professionals requiring send/receive email encryption of PHI/PII in compliance with HIPAA. It is less well-suited to solo users than group users, due to Paubox's requirement to buy licenses in sets of 3 (requiring you to pay $120x3=$360 yearly for 3 licenses, even if you only need 1 license). By integrating with our existing support system, Paubox added no overhead to our customer support.
