Korber Warehouse Edge vs. Manhattan Active® Supply Chain

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is well suited for any organization that ships to customers. If an organization has different shipping parameters for different customer customizations, it can be costly adding to the original price of the software.

Its a good product and its easy to interconnect with any other product seamlessly for the product optimization. Using Manhattan Active Supply Chain will increase warehouse productivity and equipment efficiency. It has a flexible approach in which companies can take advantages of the new features that are released by the Manhattan. Manhattan also has a great support team to help customers.

• The system has a fairly intuitive user experience that quickly enabled us to achieve performance improvements
• While integration with our ERP (NetSuite) has had a couple of issues, by and large, it has been a significant improvement over our prior environment (Sage).

• Reports--there are a number of reports we don't use because they are not easily customizable

• If it has been a while since logging in, I have to request that my account be unlocked.
• While there was great functionality, the ability to custom tailor the platform to a unique business process was limited.

Korber Warehouse Edge (formerly HighJump / AccellosOne) is a warehouse management software with one purpose. It does what it should. Sage X3 is a ERP system that integrates shipping but misses some of the warehouse management components.

Manhattan Active Supply Chain is user friendly and easy to navigate. It's good with inventory management. Small variances in inventory
can have big repercussions in your supply chain and I prefer to use a stable product, so I feel the best choice is Manhattan Active Supply Chain. Also the tool's good with planning and forecasting, it provides sophisticated tools that anticipate demand.
