Lanteria HR vs. Traffit

Lanteria HR is great for an HR department that's trying to get away from managing multiple spreadsheets or archaic systems. It allows you to store all your data in-house so it's not stored on some cloud server/service. Reporting and workflow setups are great and since it uses SharePoint, Active Directory integration works great as well.

• Smoothly integrates with Microsoft Office and SharePoint intranets.
• Enables HR departments strenghts.
• Includes a Learning (LMS) platform.

• In this software, candidates mention their skills and previous work.
• It is helpful in saving a lot of time and money in the hiring process.
• In this tool, there is an option of the dashboard which is helpful in searching candidates and their interests.

• As much as I like the reporting, it could be a little more flexible. Can't add interview notes to reporting.
• Built on SharePoint, so any functionality limitations of SharePoint are going to be there.
• Support is great, but at times language barrier can be a little challenging.
• Had a bad experience with the US Sales team here. Wasn't responsive but finally got someone from another region to help us.

• Its a good toll but some issues
• The design of the tool could be better and more attractive.
• It is a little bit expensive in case of an increasing number of users.

At one place so it reduces tension for the organization and is beneficial for an organization.

• It is easy to use tool which makes the hiring process easy and more fun.
• It makes working easy and gives information about the candidates.
• And In this, all the data of the hiring process is in one place and it saves time of searching e-males and other things which waste time.
