I will not identify the other products I've used by name, but will say they are prevalent in the industry. Latitude has a better price point, is incredibly versatile, and you don't need an army of programmers to maintain it.

I think that Latitude by Genesys is well suited for nearly any size company in that it is very scalable, with broad usage capabilities. I have heard in the past that attorney firms don't look at it, but I wholeheartedly think this would be an incredible software for attorneys too.
The only thing done well, as it relates to Latitude, is the people at the support desk. They are amazing and work well with the tools they have. In my experience with Genesys, this is all that is done well.
They have an excellent support team. It was more helpful if they were available by phone, but your ticket system support works good. The Logmein123 is an outstanding tool that helps us a lot when we need support.
