Overall Satisfaction with Latitude by Genesys
When it comes to collection systems, my mantra is simple. The best system out there is the one you are on. I developed that statement shortly after moving to Latitude by Genesys in 2008. I've been on half a dozen other collection systems in the past, and none of them compare to Latitude by Genesys. Their ancillary tools such as Exchange and Account Analysis make life easy. I've often said that Latitude's Account Analysis tool (AA) is the most powerful tool in the industry because it allows "non-programmer" people (like me) to build queries and reports in a literal matter of minutes, and once it is built, it stays built for future use and/or modification. I have a lot of great things to say about Latitude, but I won't ramble.
Pros

- Very user friendly. Lot's of drop down's and point and click features.
Cons
- In the past, their support has been slow. This has improved dramatically.
- They don't take every one of my ideas and pump it into base code IMMEDIATELY!!

- It has allowed us to better automate and streamline processes
- It is easy to modify nearly on the fly.
I will not identify the other products I've used by name, but will say they are prevalent in the industry. Latitude has a better price point, is incredibly versatile, and you don't need an army of programmers to maintain it.
