As a 27 year receivables industry veteran I have had the opportunity to work with many of the leading ARM software. My first exposure to Latitude was 11 years ago at a law firm. I immediately could identify the significant benefits and value add the software provided over other leading collection software. This is by far one of the most flexible platforms with significant automation capabilities.

Base on cost of initial investment, ongoing support and efficient development capabilities (i.e. import/export interfaces, workflows, etc.) this platform is leaps and bounds ahead of all the other major platforms I have worked with. Some of the others I worked with for as many as 12 years before experiencing the power of Latitude.
