Cons	The only issue I have had with Lavu is that when my IT department makes changes our filters make it difficult to edit/update the system. Lavu's technical help has always been great. Return on Investment	It was easy to set up and train new staff They have a lot of bugs that cause billing issues They told me the system could do things that actually couldn't be done (we need to manage usage by beer name and the system can't track them).
