PixelPoint POS, from PAR Technology Corporation (ParTech), is designed for use in restaurant concepts from quick service to table service. PixePoint POS is a software that adapts to your business rather than forcing you to change your processes.
For a small company with little inventory, Lavu is a great simple POS system. For a larger company or a company where items are always changing, I would not recommend Lavu as more transactions increases room for error and ultimately takes away the time one doesn't have to figure out how to reconcile something. Customer service is not always able to fix the problem right away and can take months getting back to you on the reasoning behind a discrepancy in reports.

PixelPoint would be well suited for any restaurant looking for a cheap entry level system that is easy to use. If you are looking for really advanced inventory I would recommend adding a separate company. If you are looking to get all your info in the cloud I believe they have an add on. We use Avero to extract to the cloud.
