We manage our restaurant and bar with PixelPoint. It is easy to use and to train new staff on
- easy to use
- intuitive menu
- customizable
- custom reports are difficult
- server interface
- ease of use
- cost...ROI
- troublesome when a monitor or printer goes down
- may consider keeping a spare!
- costly printers/monitors
much easier and we feel our support team is more responsive
