Lightning Tools Actions vs. Trellix Cloud Workload Security

We use SharePoint to manage over 100 legal litigation cases. We also use SharePoint for all of our internal billing and time keeping. There is great need for different SharePoint sites to be able to have access to other lists and data sources. List Actions provides an easy-to-use interface that we use to implement file copies between sites, workflow tracking of medical records through our medical collections department, send out medical record requests using the enhanced SendMail options. We have automated many tasks that used to take up considerable time and were error-prone. Having the logic of a workflow with all the steps carried out with a click of a button is great. Plus it is very fast.

Suitable scenario: The McAfee Cloud Workload Security console has helped me a lot in saving physical resources. We no longer have to have a server and spend resources to maintain the console, everything is in the cloud. Unsuitable scenario: After the change to the cloud the McAfee Cloud Workload Security reduced many things that were made very easy when it was on a physical server. Active directory server integration with the console is a bit tricky. That should be improved and be somewhat more friendly when connecting to be able to migrate user machines.

• Allow for workflow actions to be executed at the view level.
• Has a full range of available tools. It's not just email for an approval.
• Super easy to use and configure.

• Monitoring of detected threats
• Checking the status of antivirus agents
• Monitoring of antivirus software installed

• Improve integration with windows server active directory.
• The monitoring of the implementation of missing components of the antivirus should be improved.

We use McAfee Endpoint Security on user PCs and I must say that it is an excellent antivirus. The alerts we have had have been resolved without any problem. I totally recommend it.

• I have looked at every competitor out there and this tool plus the Forms designer is very affordable. It has become an integral part of our business.

• Improved resource savings in terms of physical infrastructure.
