I have not had to use Pirate Ship's customer support because their product is wonderful and easy to use. I am sure based on the quality of their product that their customer service is also fantastic

W2S (Way2Send) was a pain in the back for us as we could not perform most basic operations ourselves. Almost each task had to be performed by system admins.
