Linxup vs. Motus vs. WorkWave Route Manager

We use it in our delivery vans. I know exactly where the van is at all times. I like the driving alerts to be able to have conversations with the drivers about being better. I also like that it has maintenance reminds I can send out to the drivers. The monthly fee is competitive. I really like the tracking part, so I can see if any driver is not on the assign route and can discuss why.

I would recommend Motus to anyone processing a FAVR program currently. A tax-compliant system results in a saving for the company that can be passed along to the individual. The higher the effective tax rate for the individual, the greater opportunity for tax-loss savings. As a company, we made our policy more stringent but also increased employee gross pay while reducing employee cost.

WorkWave Route Manager is good for companies that are planning routes with multiple stops and multiple trucks. If your company is using whole truckloads to single locations, then WorkWave is not as helpful.

• Easily submit mileage at the end of the month.
• Easy to edit mileage if needed.

• The variability of the routes.

We did not use a FAVR compliant company in the past. Fixed monthly amounts were processed on payroll and taxed, variable mileage expense was processed on expense reports.

The other programs we tried were for UPS that had constant routes. They didn't work for us and were not very user-friendly.
