LoyaltyLion vs. Paytronix Customer Experience Platform

If you have a Shopify website for your business, LoyaltyLion is a no-brainer due to its seamless integration which means it will fit like a glove into your CRM strategy. However, for any other backend e-commerce website, you need to look elsewhere since integration is not possible especially if you are looking at a retail strategy too where your POS system needs to be integrated into your website.

Paytronix has been a helpful partner in maintaining our loyalty and gift card programs. The company can assist in the building, executing, and reviewing of customer outreach "campaigns," whether it is a temporary promo or basic point collection. We appreciate the partnership we have created with our customers and other business. They ask for users' feedback and take it seriously.

In my opinion, Smile eats LoyaltyLion for breakfast, it was not on BigCommerce however so in my opinion could not use it

• It has improved my sales considerably since customers are more willing to buy from me instead of marketplaces
