Overall Satisfaction with LoyaltyLion

In my opinion, the sheer level of unprofessionalism levied by LoyaltyLion is something to behold. In my opinion, you should do your research before committing to any contract with this company. In my experience, we have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning and the customer service is non-existent. In my experience sometimes it takes months to get anywhere, with support staff taking 2 plus days to even respond to the chain of messages. In my opinion, the main issues with using LoyaltyLion are below: In my opinion, poor Loyalty Program with a UX that's heinous. In my opinion, terrible customer support. In my opinion, no multi User login. In my opinion, low engagement from customer compared to other loyalty providers. In my opinion, expensive for what it is. In my opinion, overpriced by at least 50% Long Contracts designed to tie you in as they have no faith in their own product I believe. In my experience, we also had the displeasure of dealing with a rep who while representing LoyaltyLion decided he would be as unprofessional as possible and was actually quite rude. In my opinion, this was an instant turn-off and instead of trying to work to a result that sees as remain as customers he has ensured we will leave. In my opinion, with account non management like that you have to wonder is their business dying; In my opinion, it's like they have already given up on their own product and brand. In my opinion, other resources worth checking are Shopify reviews as well, Trustpilot reviews and the other tech review platforms to help you avoid this company who will as the reviews say everywhere, take your money and then leave you hanging.

In my opinion, Smile eats LoyaltyLion for breakfast, it was not on BigCommerce however so in my opinion could not use it

It says it's a loyalty program, but it's not really fit for purpose in my opinion.
