It is also a perfect tool if you manage private or delicate data that needs to be kept safe, like payment details of clients or business transactions with customers, especially if said customers are other big companies. NeoCertified Secure Email is very easy to use, and the speed of the encryption is excellent. The only challenge we have had is some of the national carriers are unfamiliar with NeoCertified Secure Email and thus sometimes give us some resistance in our utilizing it.
