It is also a perfect tool if you manage private or delicate data that needs to be kept safe, like payment details of clients or business transactions with customers, especially if said customers are other big companies. This tool will make sure to have all the company's information and communications in a safe easy to use place

Many of our baby-boomer generation staff have a hard time seeing the relevancy of a site such as this.
