Manatal vs. Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) Platform

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

I would recommend Phenom to large enterprise needs as opposed to smaller companies. It can be a bit complex and provide too much customisation, which sounds like a great match for large organisations, but can be counterproductive for smaller ones. It's a great tool for those companies looking to take their talent function further, get them to the next level, as it provides a range of opportunities to further EB, talent community, etc. If a company is looking for a tool for storing candidates to perform basic tasks, this tool is too sophisticated

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• Role grouping into categories.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

Great tool if you want to use all it features in particular automation and intelligence to streamline recruitment processes. Note that Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) Platform is not only for recruitment process but can be also talent platform for internal employees supporting internal mobility, including skills ecosystem. Integrations are paint point and require some effort to coordinate with support team and difficult to get some parts of the data to analytics tool. Consider high team engagement to adopt the solution, work with Phenom on proper system set up.

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

More that 2 years ago when we have moved to Phenom from SAP Successfactors, the Recruitment module was much behind and usability of the CRM and usability of ATS was not acceptable by the business. Recent SmartRecuiters acquisition by SAP addressed this gap, however business invested to much effort to consider another change

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams

• Increased candidate engagement
