Overall Satisfaction with Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) Platform

Our client was looking for a CRM alternative that could bring innovation and make a difference in comparison to their competitors. They were looking for strong functionalities around talent pools and particularly the option to work across multiple languages as the support different regions. Lastly, they were looking for an integrated solution that would allow them to potentially minimise tools used and integrate some sourcing activities.

I would recommend Phenom to large enterprise needs as opposed to smaller companies. It can be a bit complex and provide too much customisation, which sounds like a great match for large organisations, but can be counterproductive for smaller ones.

It's a great tool for those companies looking to take their talent function further, get them to the next level, as it provides a range of opportunities to further EB, talent community, etc. If a company is looking for a tool for storing candidates to perform basic tasks, this tool is too sophisticated.
