Simple to use as an end-user, a Top-Notch security feature allows us to authenticate every user. It increases productivity and lowers the operation cost. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for our HR team to manage all employees in the field or remote working by assigning tasks and having a follow back.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• The basic functionality is similar to other mainstream social media apps so it has a low learning curve for users.
• The mobile interface looks sleek and modern.
• The channel function makes it easy to set up different user groups.

• No major dislike, I like how the updates are done constantly to add up new features.
• Great support system that is very proactive and user friendly.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

It's a simple, intuitive tool to use as an Engineer. I like how this tool is constantly improved and gives the best services like training employees, great channel feature which enables us to share information and messages, is also very useful. The support is there any time needed. It's a recommendable workforce management solution.
