I have used Masergy across a few different jobs, spanning over a decade and they have always come through with what they promised the solution has always had rock-solid stability and the team has always been present to address my questions and concerns.

So this is the PERFECT software for photo books! I used to use Shutterfly, and really liked it a lot.. but a business connection of mine had mentioned Printbox as a more business suited solution. I now use it both for business services as well as for personal projects and client gifts as well.

Clunky UI in some areas - Settings for example. You have to drop down boxes to get to your audio settings. This is time consuming while trying to fix your audio devices.
No easy way to switch audio devices.
No 'universal' text box to type a number in to dial. You have to click a tab. I sometimes type the number in the 'What's on your mind' box accidentally.

Couldn't get it in the list of other vendors... but Shutterfly was my go-to for the longest time. But one issue I had with them was their prices were always SUPER high, then you could wait for major coupons to come out for decent prices. Which was inconvenient for time-sensitive gifts. Printbox has fair pricing all the time which I prefer significantly.
