Mindmatrix Bridge vs. Saleo

I would only recommend Mindmatrix as a short term solution for companies that want to take advantage of the ready made drip campaigns for their vertical.

Well suited as a post demo or high level demo resource. I believe initial demos live should use your normal platform but any follow up material would be great with Saleo.

• Drip campaigns ready to go for several Industries

• Industry Templates that can be easily shared and used by sales
• Creation of custom demo's by Sales Engineers in minutes
• Reducing prep time for demos. Click on a template and go.

• Navigation is confusing, not intuitive.
• Creating and changing users must be done by a ticketing request.
• Horrific support, all email and overseas, rarely talk to anyone.
• There are issues in practically every area. There are inconsistencies with sharing of contacts, sharing of client and CRM data. For example, only the owner of the campaign can see reports on that particular campaign. There are sharing inconsistencies throughout the entire program that just do not make sense.
• There is also an unusually high amount of undelivered mail, and a very high SPAM occurrence. Much higher than our backup, MailChimp for example.

There are a lot of bugs and poor design in this product.

It is good... not super intuitive, sort of slow to build, and takes a minute to capture the screen and ensure. Everything loads correctly. And adding in additional screen captures is a manual/annoying process.

I selected Mindmatrix solely based on the content they had available for our vertical.

Saleo is way easier to use and allows you to be more guided. Figma was more complicated and feels like it lacks a lot of functionality or usability. I don't need to train someone on how to use a Saleo click through demo like I feel I would need to do with Figma

• Drip campaigns can be started right away because there are prebuilt templates for our vertical.

• We've reduced prep time for demo's by hours per demo
• Our commercial sales (velocity business) now demo's on their own with no help from SolCon
• For large enterprise deals, we create a custom demo every time now. That was not possible before Saleo
