MineralTree vs. Online Check Writer

If you are looking to save time on recording transactions. This has been a great time saver, all transactions are easily reconciled and they are automatically posted in Netsuite.

Online Check Writer is a great investment for businesses as it can handled expansion as the company grows. It is well suited for companies that want to analyze revenue and expenses so they can see where they can makes changes to their day to day operations. For now I am not able to see what business this is not suitable for.

• Great Customer Service. Whenever there is an issue they are very responsive in helping with the issue.
• At the time it was cheaper than Bill.com for most of the same functionality.
• Integrated with QuickBooks relatively well.

• It has allowed me to have more time to focus on my clients needs.
• It has help to stream line my record keeping and manage my budget.
• It has shorten the transaction timeline for myself and my clients.
• It takes the hassle out of paying bills.
• I can easily use my cellphone to operate my business.

• We had some improvements that wanted to be made but so far over the 2 years with them they have made the updates we wanted.

• Make the video more condensed.
• Make short videos for each function.
• Make sure to mention the security features to protect your information.
• What is in place if there is a breach in security?

It doesn't. Hands down Bill.com is a better platform that over time has only gotten better.

• Online check writer has reduced my fee expenses by $2000 a year.
• I have increased my earnings by 30% in 1st 6 months.
• It has also allowed me to analyze my expenses and be more efficient in my budget.
