MineralTree vs. PredictAP

If you are looking to save time on recording transactions. This has been a great time saver, all transactions are easily reconciled and they are automatically posted in Netsuite.

PredictAP is the perfect solution for our instance of yardi. We perform 3rd party management for clients with their own accounting software and unless they integrate with PredictAP it is not a solution.

• Great Customer Service. Whenever there is an issue they are very responsive in helping with the issue.
• At the time it was cheaper than Bill.com for most of the same functionality.
• Integrated with QuickBooks relatively well.

• Coding invoices in Yardi

• We had some improvements that wanted to be made but so far over the 2 years with them they have made the updates we wanted.

• PredictAP charges based on invoices that are uploaded to their system. But that doesn't necessarily result in those invoices being pushed over to our accounting system due to duplicate invoices or other reasons.

It doesn't. Hands down Bill.com is a better platform that over time has only gotten better.

This isn't really all that similar to PredictAP, as it is not a technology solution (yet). It's just an outsourcing of labor to a cheaper third-party supply. We like PredictAP because it is a technology solution where the AI capabilities grow with us over time.

• has reduced actual time spent on coding by 50%
• has eliminated the number of touches and forwards of invoices
• reduced the full AP process to minutes from days
