Minit vs. Procurify

It saves time and cost so if you have requirements of low cost and needed fast execution then this is an option to keep in mind. It is easy to access with the team so its user is friendly too.

If you have a manual purchasing process today and are having difficulty tracking requests and orders and ensuring that bills are accurate and paid on time, you will love Procurify.

• Workflow, ease of getting items to the person that is needed to approve.
• Delegation, ease of setting up a temporary approver while a user is out on vacation.
• Emailing PO's to vendors, don't have to save then email. Can email directly from Procurify.

• Maintaining a system is hard after implementation so it should be easy.
• Documentation looks a bit complex which should be easy to understand.

We did our evaluation more than five years ago so I don't remember the names. Procurify was the only one (at the time) that met all of our needs. Procurify service and support is fantastic. No doubt we made the right choice.

• Some features are missing from other market leaders like AI, Action Engine, Transformation Centre.

• We saved time and got things approved quicker by using Procurify for invoice approvals.
