It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

The database is vast, but some of the candidates have been in there for quite some time, and I am not sure how engaged they are in looking for a new job.

• we’ve seen an increase in a diverse pull of applicants
• Unfortunately, our company hasn’t assigned anybody that can help out with a direct link to track exactly how many hires we’re getting from Circa Mitratech referrals, but that would be amazing to have in the future
