Mosaic vs. ProProfs Project

I think mosaic is well suited for businesses who want to have a separate analytics tool. It helps with financial data and is able to pull from other tools you use to gather this information. I would not recommend it if you've already got a well created crm or other software

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

Mosaic is much more robust and in depth than hubspot analytics or other tools I've used. They are only an analytics tool, so they don't have any CRM features, but their analytics are far better than those of any CRM tool. They were the cheapest version of what we needed and got overall decent value

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.
